Prices shown on our Web Store are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (“IDR”) and United States Dollars (“USD”).
Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of an error in pricing or product information, SARESTUDIO.COM reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for the affected product.
AGREEMENT
You agree to be responsible for all activities conducted through your use of this Web Store. If we determine that you have engaged in prohibited activities or violated these Terms and Conditions, we may deny you access to this Web Store on a temporary or permanent basis.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases of products from SARESTUDIO.COM. Please read them carefully before placing an order. We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time, and you should review them before making any new purchase.
ORDER
You may place an order through SARESTUDIO.COM by completing the required information on the order summary page and clicking the “Place Order” button.
All prices are displayed in IDR or USD and include VAT where applicable. Delivery and handling fees are not included and will be calculated separately.
Products sold through this Site are intended for personal use only and are not for resale.
We are under no obligation to accept any order, although we will generally do so if the product is available and the order reflects the current pricing.
Product availability is displayed on each product page. Please note that items placed in your shopping bag are not reserved and may sell out before you complete checkout. To secure your purchase, you must complete the checkout process and place your order.
Please review your order carefully before confirming it. Once checkout has been completed, additional items cannot be added to the same order, and we are unable to modify or add products on your behalf.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email shortly after it is received. Upon sending this confirmation, a binding agreement between you and SARESTUDIO.COM will be formed under these Terms and Conditions.
If we are unable to accept your order for any reason, or if the price of a product has changed between the time the order was placed and our acceptance of it, we will notify you by email. You will then have the option to submit a new order.

You must confirm your payment through our website in order for your order to be processed.
Credit Card
We accept Visa and Mastercard payments through Xendit. Payment confirmation is not required for credit card transactions.
For standard delivery orders, payment will be charged at the time your order is dispatched.
We take reasonable precautions to ensure that all transactions conducted through our website are secure. However, unless caused by our negligence, we shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to information transmitted through third-party payment systems or secure links.
If any product becomes unavailable after your order has been accepted, we will notify you accordingly. You will not be charged for unavailable products, and any amount already paid will be refunded.
All orders become final once payment has been received. We recommend retaining proof of payment for your records.
If payment is not received within 24 hours of placing your order, the order will be automatically cancelled and must be resubmitted.
An invoice will be sent to your email address once payment has been successfully processed, typically within one business day.
WEBSITE CURRENCY
The primary currency used on our website is Indonesian Rupiah (“IDR”).
To view prices in USD, simply select “USD” using the currency conversion feature located at the bottom-right corner of our website.
For international orders, the easiest payment method is by credit card. However, due to Indonesian government regulations regarding e-commerce transactions, payments may ultimately be processed in IDR, even if prices are displayed in USD.
MY ORDER ID
Your Order ID is a unique reference number automatically generated once your order has been successfully submitted.
You will need your Order ID to confirm payment and to check the status of your order.
REGISTERING FOR AN ACCOUNT
You may register for an account to facilitate future purchases and enjoy additional benefits such as newsletters, updates, and special offers.
It is important that you provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account.
You may either create an account before shopping or proceed directly to checkout and create an account later during the purchase process.
ORDER STATUS
You will receive an email confirmation containing your order details once your order has been successfully placed.

MODIFY AND CANCEL ORDER
We are unable to cancel or make changes to an order once it has been placed.
